Trio Global Logistics is now a part of the CMA CGM Group—alongside CEVA Logistics—following the closing of the acquisition by the Group on Feb. 29, 2024. Together, Trio Global Logistics and CEVA Logistics form a Top 5 global logistics player. Based on 2022 numbers, the combined strength of these two leaders represents more than nearly one million tons of air freight, approximately two million TEUs of ocean freight, more than 26 million tons of ground freight and more than 11 million square meters at more than 1,000 warehouses globally. Our combined 2023 revenue stands at $20.2 million. The CMA CGM Group is thus taking the next step in its long-term logistics strategy. The Trio Global Logistics brand will progressively be replaced by the CEVA Logistics brand throughout 2024.
